- 3 cups of Dimes Ciftlik Yolu Milk
- 1 cups of Dimes %100 Orange Juice
- 2 cups of semolina
- 1/2 cup of grated orange peel
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 pack of cocoa-flavoured or petit beurre biscuits
- 1 pack of large bitter chocolate
Add Dimes Ciftlik Yolu Milk and Dimes Pure Orange Juice semolina and sugar to the mixture and cook on a medium heat. Add the orange peel just before it boils. Place the biscuits dipped in Dimes Ciftlik Yolu Milk in a large and even dish and pour the custard with semolina on top. Melt chocolate by applying the boiler method and spread evenly on the mixture. Garnish as desired and serve cold.
